Lake Placid, FL
Growing up as a kid, I remember traveling a few hours northwest of here, Fort. Lauderdale, FL to a small area near Lake Placid. We stayed in a rented cottage or cabin-like called Lakeside Cottages– right on the lake. I remember my brother and I swimming, fishing, and playing on the wood pier while my father relaxed and my mother either sun bathed or was in the cabin preparing our meals. This place is reasonably priced, and a great mini getaway just a few hours from South Florida.

Beach Gardens Boutique Hotel
Ayniyah’s 9th Birthday Bruncheon was held at a local Boutique Style Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale Beach, FL. Talk about FABULOUS?! OMG! What a perfect venue for a little girls party event. Beautiful, Sparkling Swimming Pool, Pink Decor- including the couches and accents, and YOGA on the weekends! The rate we got at $175.00 per night was absolutely do-able and for the price- we really got more than we expected! I give this Hotel a 5 Star!!!
